Order and Delivery Policy

At One More Bite, we want to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every customer. Please take a moment to read our order and cancellation policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Placement

• Order Lead Time: All regular orders must be placed at least five (5) days in advance of your event or pickup date.
• Custom Orders: For custom cakes, pastries, or events with specific requirements, the lead time may vary. We will discuss these details at the time of order placement to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

2. Deposits and Payments

• Deposit Requirement: A 60% deposit is required to secure your order and selected date.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two (2) days before your pickup or delivery date.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer or credit/debit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
• Smaller Items: For smaller pastries and items of lesser value, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

3. Cakes and Perishable Items

• Refunds: We do not offer full refunds unless the bakery is at fault. If there are issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss possible options.

• Product Handling: Once the cake or pastry has been inspected and accepted at the bakery and leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe transport and handling of the products.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled up to three (3) days before the pickup or event date.
• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs less than three (3) days before the event, the full value of the order will still be due.
